What it’s like to be a deaf teenager during a pandemic
The Covid Pandemic, still going on in some places, has greatly affected the school lives of many people. Two deaf teenagers, Alicia Mbesha and Kaï Haché, were recently interviewed about their thoughts on the subject. Online courses made them fatigued and having to constantly ask people to take their masks off also hurt communications. Still, the two remain in high spirits, encouraging people to interact with them and learn sign language.
