Cochlear Implants have changed life for many members of the Deaf Community. Recently, a Deaf child named Everett Colley underwent cochlear implant surgery. A subsequent video shows the child hearing his mother’s voice for the first time. It’s a remarkable sight and goes to show the progress technology has made towards helping the deaf community.
