Deaf Man Gunned Down and Shot

On May 1st, a Deaf man, Ryan Hawkins was gunned down because of road rage. The road rage was described as a “honking incident” while driving down the interstate south of Indianapolis. Specifically, a car behind him pulled up and shot him. It sent him far off the highway into a nearby pond. The victim, Ryan, was trying to escape but could not. Although the authorities were able to track down the perpetrators, it does not make up for what happened to Ryan. To read full article, click here.
