Deaf Man Gunned Down and Shot

On May 1st, a Deaf man, Ryan Hawkins was gunned down because of road rage. The road rage was described as a “honking incident” while driving down the interstate south of Indianapolis. Specifically, a car behind him pulled up and shot him. It sent him far off the highway into a nearby pond. The victim, Ryan, was trying to escape but could not.
