Deaf and Wheelchair Carr died in House Fire
Danny Carr, a deaf and wheelchair bound man died in a fire in his house. Emergency Services rushed to his apartment complex after a call from someone that it was in flames. The crew worked very hard to extinguish the flames, but Carr had already passed away. Belinda, his daughter, mentions his personality as “full of life.” It was a tragic death.
