Arkansas School for the Deaf shares memories of Dahmer victim shown in Netflix series with his family
Recently, the Arkansas School for the Deaf received a presentation from the family of Tony Hughes. Hughes died to the serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in 1991. Hughes attended the Arkansas school when he was young, and it helped shape his worldview. It’s important to look back on Hughes and his time as a student, not as a victim. The gestures coming from the School for the Deaf have really helped show the good in people.
