2 injured in structural collapse at Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind
Recently a part of the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind collapsed. There were two injuries in the incident. It appears that the weight of a lift had collapsed the floor of a section of the building. The workers who were injured were not trapped, and no students were injured in the collapse. The building is still being evaluated to determine if there are any structural issues.
