I was born HOH to a hearing mom & dad. My mom had pneumonia so bad that drs had to pump ALOT of penicillin in her, which made me get a deadly allergy to it & made me have nerve deafness that has progressed, so i’m now profoundly deaf. I’m getting fluent in sign language again, my family is all hearing, so they don’t sign, not enough to communicate daily anyway. I hope to make friendships here.
