Ashland restaurant helps make a difference in the deaf community
For the Deaf community, even everyday tasks which others might take for granted, such as visiting fast food restaurants, might be difficult. Kimberly Shuller, a member of the deaf community, encounters problems all the time when visiting restaurants. She specifically notes that the servers can be quite rude, and that she needs to point at the menu to indicate what she wants. Of course, Covid has made things even worse. The rudeness has really upset Shuller and other members of the deaf community.
