WQED-filmed game show ‘SignTasTic!’ brings together deaf and hearing worlds

The game show SignTasTic recently premiered in the city of Oakland in San Francisco. The Game Show involves using real ASL to communicate to other. The game show is wonderfully inclusive, with real ASL instructors and interpreters on staff. The show’s deaf ASL instructor, Dan Cook, hopes the show will inspire more hearing people to learn sign language. The TV show is a labor of love, and hopefully will reach distribution soon.
