A woodworking business in Tulsa is comprised entirely of Deaf workers. They create many beautiful cabinets, staircase, and other wood products. The loud noises of the workshop rarely bother the workers, as they use lipreading and hearing aids to communicate. Joseph Erwin, owner of the business, hopes to create a full furniture-making business where everyone is legally deaf.
