Deaf Crows Collective shoot and produce short film in Regina

The upcoming short film “Fabel Deaf” is a unique take on old silent movies. The film will resemble said silent films, but will also feature a cast of culturally Deaf actors. The Deaf Crows Collective is producing the film. They are a group in Regina, Canada who wish to express the deaf experience through art. The Deaf Crows have also performed multiple other stage performances. One actor, Fatima Nasima, says the film should act as a warning to younger Deaf generations about not passing down deaf languages from older generations.
