The football team for the California School for the Deaf recently reached their championship match in their division. The team reached 11 and 0 by the middle of November, and it was a landmark achievement. It’s rare when a team comprised of entirely deaf/hard of hearing individuals beats so many hearing-based opponents in a row. The team, the Cubs, rely on body language and hard work to beat their opponents. Regardless of the ultimate outcome, the players are very pleased with their performance in the season.
