4 Game-Changing Technologies For The Deaf And Hard Of Hearing

Forbes highlights four big products that they found to improve the quality of life with easier communication among other things. The first is MotionSavvy, which translates ASL to speech and speech into text. The second is Solar Ear, a solar powered hearing aid battery that cuts the cost of normal hearing aid batteries and lasts for 2-3 years as opposed to a week. The third is ISEEWHATYOUSAY, which converts spoken language to text on smartphones and sends it as a text through Bluetooth technology. The final one is Hayleigh's Cherished Charms, invented by a ten-year-old girl to add bling to hearing aids, making them something to show off instead of hide.
